The Tattoo Gallery of Ocala LLC first opened its doors to the public in Belleview, Florida in September of 2015. It was the vision of Gregg and two other local tattoo artists. They wanted a space where they could bring their art to life and share their skills with others. These three artists shared a common goal: to create a place that was more than just a tattoo shop — it was a community hub for creative expression. As the studio gained popularity, it grew steadily over the next few years. Eventually, the original founders decided to pursue different paths in life. While the other two artists moved on to new ventures, Gregg and his wife Tina committed to keeping The Tattoo Gallery alive. They believed strongly in what their studio stood for and wanted to see it succeed.

In the fall of 2018, Gregg and Tina made a bold move. They relocated The Tattoo Gallery to Ocala, Florida. Their first home in Ocala was a small studio located along Highway 40. It was a modest start, but they saw potential for growth and knew they could make a difference. Their perseverance paid off, and soon they moved into a larger space at The 14th Street Plaza. That became their new studio home, a place where they could better serve their clients and grow their team. This move marked a new chapter for The Tattoo Gallery, one filled with hope and opportunity.

Both Gregg and Tina had been working in tattoo shops since the early 1990s. Back then, tattoo shops often had a rougher feel. They weren’t always welcoming or safe. Their experiences shaped their vision. They wanted to change that. They aimed to create a studio that was different from the old-style shops. Their goal was to build a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Clients could feel relaxed and confident when they came in. Artists could thrive without worry of judgment or discrimination. Their mission was to make sure every person who visited felt accepted. They wanted The Tattoo Gallery to be a space where art and respect go hand in hand. This focus on creating a positive atmosphere set their shop apart and helped it grow into a trusted name in the community.

The studio kept growing steadily over the years. Its success reflected the strong community support and the talent of its artists. As more clients showed interest, the owner decided it was time to expand further. In April 2025, the studio reached a new milestone by opening a second location. This new space is called Stranger Flowers Yet Tattoo & Art Collective and was situated in the nearby town of Belleview. This move wasn’t just about adding another shop; it marked a major step in the studio’s journey. It allowed the team to serve more people and bring their unique style of art to a wider audience. The new location was carefully designed to match the vibe of the original studio, with a welcoming atmosphere and creative energy. This expansion reflects not only the company’s growth but also the reputation they built over time. It shows that their distinctive art and friendly service found a place in the community. The decision to open a second studio was also a way to give artists more chances to show their skills and continue to push their craft forward. Overall, April 2025 marked a new chapter, one filled with more opportunities and creative possibilities for everyone involved.
